Dr. Paul Matsenbaugh and his wife Tamara established this scholarship as a gift to future doctors in their community. As a radiologist in the Puget Sound region for many years, Dr. Matsenbaugh saw firsthand the importance of providing support for medical students from the UW School of Medicine and WWAMI. Dr. Matsenbaugh is an alumnus of the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine.
