Eugene Chi Ho Lai, M.D., Ph.D. ’76 and Yung Yung Lok Lai ’73, ’76 established this scholarship as a part of the Huckabay Family Challenge Match for medical student scholarships. In 2012, that match pool was given in honor of Paul G. Ramsey, M.D., his 37 years of service to UW Medicine and his 15th anniversary as dean of the UW School of Medicine.
