In honor of family members and cancer survivors, Dan Lawson (Eric’s father) and, Amy Lawson (Eric’s sister), Eric and Heather have established this fund to recognize and support medical students with the admirable intention of treating people with cancer and/or seeking cancer cures. Assistance is especially for students whose ability to take full advantage of the education offered by the UW School of Medicine might be hindered by financial need.
