A 50th anniversary is a time for celebration — and for reflection. And, the members of the Class of 1956 thought, a time to give back to the school that meant so much to their education and their careers. To celebrate their anniversary, the Class of 1956 created a scholarship fund to support students at the School of Medicine. In helping establish a tradition of class giving at UW Medicine, the Class of 1956 also is providing a scholarship resource that students will use for generations to come.
